While Outlook’s cover story bracketing President Obama with Dr. Manmohan Singh has won the magazine some brownie points from 7, Race Course Road and sniggers from the Indian public, the question on everyone’s minds is how has it been received in the White House? Is President Obama peeved? Or did he shrug it off as a partisan hack job, perhaps even funded by the Romney camp?
