Picture Series: Dr. Manmohan Singh’s 80th birthday celebrations
7, Race Course Road wore a festive look on the happy occasion of Dr. Manmohan Singh’s birthday – the scholar turned Prime Minister was born this very day 80 summers ago in the hamlet of Gah (now in Pakistan’s portion of Punjab).
Heads of state and political leaders of various hues called upon the octogenarian Dr. Singh to wish him today. The Unreal Times was at hand to cover the joyous event:

We need something like this on 24 April 2013. Tendulkar’s birthday. I’m 200% sure he wouldn’t retire by then.
On the article, I mean pic story: One of the best I have seen. Mamata’s and Sonia’s part were top class.
